Parklands FC are a small football team from South Wales, UK. They were established in 1998 by a few young Christians from Parklands Evangelical Church. The club has been growing in size ever since and draws on players from all over the Swansea and Gower area. Parklands Football Club as we know it today was established in 1998 and has been increasing in size ever since. In 1998 the squad consisted of only a few local players but now the squad is much larger and has brought in players from much farther afield. The club used to train at an indoor facility not far from Swansea college but they have now, after a brief stint at Morfa Stadium, now train at the artificial pitch at Elba Sports Centre in Gowerton, Swansea or at Parklands Primary School, Sketty. |
